What's the practical difference between 1080p and 4K?
At 50 km/h, a license plate remains legible up to about 5 meters in 1080p, compared to 12 meters in 4K. This difference determines whether footage can identify a third-party vehicle or merely confirm an impact.
What microSD card is needed?
A U3/V30 card at minimum. We recommend 128 GB for daily use, 256 GB if parking mode is active every day. VeyroCam cards are endurance tested for 3,000 write cycles.
How long are the recordings kept?
Recording is cyclical: older files are overwritten. Footage locked by impact detection is excluded from the loop and retained until manually deleted.
Does the camera record sound?
Yes, and audio recording can be disabled at any time from the app or by long-pressing the dedicated button.

Is it difficult to install?
No: five minutes for a cigarette lighter installation, without tools. Only the direct wiring required for parking mode needs work on the fuse box—an operation that our 200 approved centers can complete in less than an hour.
Does it work on an electric vehicle?
Yes. On models where the 12V socket turns off when the vehicle is stationary, the OBD-II adapter allows the parking mode to be maintained.
Can I install it on an athermic windshield?
Yes. The suction cup adheres to all glass surfaces. Just avoid the silkscreened area at the top of the windshield, where adhesion is reduced.

Shipped within 48 business hours from France, free delivery with tracking. Allow 2 to 4 business days depending on the destination.
What does the warranty cover?
Two-year manufacturer's warranty, extendable to three years with VeyroCare+. It covers material and manufacturing defects, excluding accidental damage and suction cup wear.
How do I return a product?
Thirty days to change your mind, no questions asked. Returns are free, and refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt.
Do you offer invoices for professionals?
Yes. Enter your intra-community VAT number when ordering: the invoice is issued automatically.
