Thirty days to change your mind, free returns and full refund.

Right of withdrawal

You have 30 days from receipt to return your order, without having to give a reason. This period exceeds the 14 days provided for by European regulations.

Terms and conditions

  • The product must be complete, with its accessories and packaging.
  • It may have been tried: only a depreciation resulting from handling exceeding what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods can be taken into account.
  • Unsealed microSD cards are not taken back for data hygiene reasons.

Procedure

  1. Declare your return

    From your customer account or by e-mail, with your order number.

  2. Receive the label

    A prepaid label will be sent to you within 24 hours.

  3. Ship

    Drop off the package at a relay point or post office.

  4. Refund

    Processed within 14 days of receipt, to the original payment method.
